Easter Update

Two solo training runs over Easter.
10k on Good Friday in ~45 minutes and 30k on Easter Monday in ~2h 35m which is satisfying. The 30k will be the last ‘long slow’ run prior to the London Marathon and possibly the Edinburgh at the end of May.
Looking forward to the first of the Summer series of The Regents Park 10k next Sunday.
